- Property Management
Responsible for planning, controlling, and directing of day to day operations of the property, and for maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations.
Must have a minimum of 5 years in our field or a related industry.
- Leasing Consultants
Responsible for leasing the apartments and for renewing leases of all apartments and handling of day- to- day resident and rental office matters. Must have a minimum of 5 years in residential sales or leasing.
- Maintenance and Grounds Keeping
Responsible for the overall appearance and functionality of all areas on the property including but not limited to; common areas, heating/cooling systems, physical aspects of the building both inside and out.
